It uses configuration of Einstein Next Best Action and Einstein GPT for Sales to surface contextual recommendations based on voice transcription trigger words, and automate post-call data entry, email drafting, and meeting summaries

This architecture provides dynamic, trigger-word-based recommendations during the call and uses AI to summarize the interaction and draft follow-up emails immediately afterward The common issue is that the work depended on manual steps, disconnected tools, inconsistent record updates, weak visibility, or data that was not available where users needed it. The accelerator moves that work into controlled records, automation, screens, integrations, or reporting inside the CRM environment described in the record.
