Who we are
Fostering is a Salesforce consulting firm focused on helping organizations make their systems actually work.
We specialize in Salesforce and the systems around it—integrations, data, and operational workflows that go far beyond a typical CRM setup.
Our clients work with us to design, build, improve, and scale their Salesforce platforms—whether that means starting from scratch or fixing what’s already in place.
Who we are not
We’re not a general consulting firm.
We don’t position ourselves as RevOps, strategy consultants, or business transformation advisors. And we’re not an offshore delivery model built around large, layered teams.
We are Salesforce specialists.
We focus on designing, building, and improving Salesforce environments that support how your business actually operates. That means staying close to the system, the data, and the day-to-day workflows your teams rely on.
If you’re looking for high-level strategy without execution, or a large team delivering through multiple layers, we’re probably not the right fit.
Where we're based
We are a US-based team, with consultants and leadership located across Texas, Minnesota, Michigan, and other parts of the United States, as well as a small number of select UK based consultants.
Our work is delivered primarily by experienced, US-based practitioners. Clients work directly with the people responsible for designing and building their systems—without layered teams or offshore delivery models.
What we do
We help organizations get real value from Salesforce by:
- Delivering new Salesforce implementations
- Fixing underperforming or overcomplicated environments
- Designing data models and processes that match how teams actually work
- Connecting Salesforce to finance, operations, and other core systems
- Improving adoption with systems people don’t fight against
- Supporting ongoing changes as the business grows
We focus on delivering Salesforce solutions that actually deliver for your organization.

How we are different
You Work Directly with Experts
You work with the people designing and building your solution—not layers of account managers and junior consultants. That means faster decisions and better outcomes.
Deep Salesforce & Systems Expertise
We focus on making Salesforce and connected systems work in the real world—clean data, usable processes, and systems that hold up over time.
Straightforward, No-Fluff Approach
We give direct advice, challenge what doesn’t make sense, and stay focused on what will actually work.
Salesforce and Platform Expertise
We work primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem, across implementations, integrations, and ongoing platform development.
Our team holds 50+ Salesforce certifications across core clouds and platform capabilities, and we work directly with Salesforce account teams where appropriate to support client engagements.
We also partner with platforms that commonly sit alongside Salesforce, including:
- Salesforce
- Conga
- WeGive
- Constant Contact
- Snowflake
- Apollo
- Power Automate and the wider Microsoft Ecosystem
- Netsuite
- Financial Edge
and many more
These partnerships reflect the environments we actually work in—where Salesforce connects to fundraising, finance, marketing, and operational systems.
Fostering is also part of a broader consulting group alongside Traction Consulting Group, which brings additional depth in ERP, finance, and operational systems when needed.
Our approach
Most Salesforce problems come from:
- Systems that don’t match real workflows
- Too much unnecessary complexity
- Lack of clear ownership and adoption
We take a practical, iterative approach—deliver something usable quickly, then improve it over time.
How we work with clients
Most clients start with a defined piece of work—whether that’s a new Salesforce implementation, fixing an existing environment, or delivering a specific project.
In many cases, the first step is helping you understand what should be done—working through your processes, systems, and requirements to define a clear, practical plan forward.
From there, our role varies depending on what your organization needs.
We may:
- Deliver a focused project or implementation
- Support your internal Salesforce team on specific initiatives
- Take ownership of the platform and act as your Salesforce team
- Stay involved as new requirements, projects, and improvements emerge
In some cases, we’re leading from the front. In others, we’re extending your team where additional expertise or capacity is needed.
Who you'll work with
You won’t see everyone below—just a sample of the Salesforce experts you are likely to work with directly.
When you engage with Fostering, you work with experienced practitioners responsible for designing and delivering your solution—not layers of account managers or junior resources.
